Payments & Safety


  • CAS Abaya offers multiple secure payment options:

    • Online Card Payment
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) - for UAE Customers only
    • Bank Transfer
    • Apple Pay
    • Tabby (Installment payments — website checkout only)

  • Yes, COD is available with certain conditions.

    This helps us secure customized orders prepared specifically for you.

  • CAS Abaya customizes most abayas individually. Once an order is confirmed, fabric is sourced and stitching begins specifically for the customer. Advance payment helps cover production costs for bespoke pieces.

  • Yes. CAS offers Tabby installment payments, allowing you to split payments into smaller amounts without any interest rate.

    📌 Tabby is available only when checking out directly through the website.

  • Yes, we accept online payments through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Yes. Your payment security is extremely important to us. CAS Abaya does not store or have access to your card details. All payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS security standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). This ensures your payment information is encrypted and protected at all times.

  • Yes. Customers can pay through bank transfer and share payment proof to confirm their order.

    Your order will be processed once payment is verified.

  • After completing online payment or bank transfer:

    ✔ Your order will be confirmed after verification

  • It depends on the order type:

    • COD orders — Pay at delivery (eligible customers only)

    • Customized orders above AED 900 (first-time customers) — Partial or full advance payment required

    • Online / Tabby / Apple Pay — Payment completed at checkout

  • Yes. Once your payment is verified, CAS will send you an official order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

  • Orders requiring advance payment will not be processed until payment proof is received and verified.

Shipping & Delivery


  • Here’s what you can expect regarding shipping:

    • Production Time: Your customized abaya will be made within 10-12 business days.
    • Domestic Shipping (within UAE): Once your abaya is ready, domestic shipping can take up to 2-5 business days.
    • International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders will vary depending on your location.

    If 14 business days have passed and you haven't received your order yet please send us a WhatsApp or drop us an email at info@casbasics.com with your Full Name, Order Number and Contact Number.

  • Standard rate of AED 19 for all cities across UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).

    For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

  • Yes! We provide free shipping on domestic orders over AED 975. Be sure to check your cart for details on our current free shipping offer!

  • Yes, we ship our products worldwide!

    Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders, and shipping rates may vary depending on your region.

    We use DHL for reliable and efficient international shipping.

  • Yes – our main branch is in Abu Dhabi, Dubai with outlets in Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. We also offer a free home service: we bring 80–100 abayas to your home on a scheduled date. (To book a home visit, a minimum purchase of 5 pieces is required – there is no booking or delivery fee.)

Returns & Exchange Policy


  • Our Exchange Policy lasts 7 days (Terms and Conditions apply).

    After 7 days we cannot offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • CAS abayas are stitched exactly according to the measurements provided by the customer. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend reviewing our size chart and double-checking measurements before placing your order.

    If the abaya is too loose or long, we offer a professional alteration service for AED 50, which includes pickup and delivery.

    If the abaya is too tight or short, fabric cannot be extended, and a brand-new replacement abaya must be stitched. This service is available for AED 150, including delivery.

    If you wish to change the fabric after receiving your abaya, we can create a new replacement piece for AED 150, as fabrics are sourced specifically for each customized order.

  • Yes. Customers may request order changes through Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order without any additional charges.

    After 24 hours, production begins and changes may not be possible. Any sizing or fabric changes requested after production has started will be treated as alteration or replacement requests and applicable service fees will apply.

    To avoid additional charges, we recommend carefully reviewing your measurements, design details, and customization requests before confirming your order.

  • No. Ready-to-Wear abayas are sold strictly as final sale items and are not eligible for customization, alterations, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

    RTW abayas are dispatched exactly as displayed and cannot be modified after purchase.

  • Simply contact CAS customer service right away to arrange an exchange. We will schedule a courier pickup of the original item and deliver the replacement or altered piece to you. Please keep the item unused with all tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process the exchange. (Refunds, if applicable, are processed back to the original payment method within ~30 days.)

  • An order can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing it. Please provide your order number so we can assist you with the cancellation process.

Product & Fabric


  • CAS Abaya offers many fabrics to suit different needs. For daily wear, Nada is a luxurious, soft and lightweight fabric, and Crepe is also comfortable and breathable (with a slight texture and drape). Chiffon is lightweight and airy (often layered to avoid transparency). For work or formal wear, Jacquard and Soft Jacquard are textured, durable fabrics with a sophisticated look. For special events (weddings, parties), we use richer fabrics like Bridal Satin (heavy with subtle shine) and Dantel lace (intricate, feminine). Velvet, Suede, and Tweed are heavier winter fabrics, while Linen is a cool, breathable fabric ideal for summer.

  • Most CAS abayas are designed using premium fabrics that provide comfortable coverage while maintaining elegance. Some lightweight fabrics such as chiffon may naturally be more sheer; however, these designs are usually layered or can be customized with additional lining (batana) for extra coverage. Customers can request lining if they prefer a more opaque finish.

  • For hot climates and casual wear, we recommend lighter fabrics. Nada, Crepe, and Chiffon are all lightweight and breathable. Linen is specifically noted for summer wear – it’s natural, airy and durable. These fabrics keep you cool while maintaining elegance.

  • Yes. CAS carefully selects fabrics that combine comfort, durability, and elegance. Fabrics like Nada, Crepe, Soft Jacquard, and Linen are particularly popular for everyday wear because they are breathable, lightweight, and easy to carry for long hours while maintaining a polished and modest look.

Fit, Style & Customizations


  • Custom abayas are made to your measurements. We work from abaya (garment) measurements, not body measurements. Please measure an existing abaya (chest, hips, length, sleeves from neck, shoulder) in inches. We also offer standard sizes (XXS to 6XL) and can customize any length. If fit issues arise after delivery, we provide alterations or replacements (see Returns & Exchanges below)

  • CAS abayas come in various styles. An open-front abaya is like a coat that buttons down the front. We can also make half-closed (with 3–4 buttons) or fully closed front designs. In fact, we can create a completely closed-front abaya that you wear over the head. All our styles are designed for modesty; choose the front style that you’re most comfortable with. Necklines are also customizable (V-neck, round, high, etc.).

  • Many customizations are free of charge. We tailor every abaya to your exact size (any size up to 6XL and any length up to 63″). You can add or remove features at no extra cost: for example, add buttons to the front or sleeves, include zip or button closures (useful for moms), insert side or front pockets, and choose any neckline (V, round, high). You can even remove our logo from the abaya or sheila if you wish.

    A few enhancements carry a small fee: for example, adding a full lining (batana) under the abaya is AED 70, adding an extra chiffon layer is AED 100, and extending the sheila beyond the standard length costs AED 40. We’ll always tell you about any charges before completing your order.

  • Yes. We can adjust the size and cut to accommodate pregnancy. For nursing, we offer practical features: for example, zippers or buttons can be added to our inner dresses to facilitate breastfeeding. Just let us know your needs when ordering.

  • Please send us your measurements in inches: chest, hips, abaya length, sleeve length (from neck), and shoulder width. We recommend measuring a similar abaya for accuracy. After ordering, most custom abayas are ready in 10–12 business days. During busy seasons (Ramadan/Eid) allow up to 12–15 days. If you need an abaya sooner, check our Ready-to-Wear collection (delivered in 1–2 days within the UAE).

Events & Seasons


  • Yes, we typically launch festive collections for Eid and Ramadan with special designs and handwork. These pieces are custom-made, so plan ahead: production is usually 10–12 days, and during Ramadan/Eid periods it can take 12–15 days. We recommend ordering well before the holiday to ensure timely delivery. (Also note: if you need exchanges for intricate Eid abayas, additional fees may apply due to handwork.)

  • For weddings and formal parties, we suggest our Bridal Satin abayas (heavy weight with an elegant shine) or those in Dantel, lace (intricate and luxurious). These fabrics and cuts create a refined, festive look. You can customize length and embellishments as needed.

  • We offer travel sets (coordinated abaya + sheila or matching separates) made for comfort on the go. For example, light cotton or linen blends are great for travel. (Please note: due to hygiene, travel wear and inner sets cannot be exchanged.)

Abaya Care


  • Because CAS abayas uses delicate fabrics (nada, crepe, chiffon) and embellishments, we strongly recommend professional dry cleaning. Dry cleaning is the safest way to preserve the fabric and embroidery.

  • Follow the care instructions to keep your abaya beautiful. After wearing, hang it up to air out. Store it in a cover away from direct sunlight. Always clean stains promptly with professional help. Following these steps and avoiding harsh treatment will help your abaya “stay stunning for years”.

  • No – please avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleach or harsh detergents. These can shrink or fade delicate materials and damage any beads, embroidery or stones. It’s best to handle abayas gently (hang or steam out wrinkles).
