Exchange Policy
Crystal Abaya Studio does not offer returns/refunds.
CAS EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO UAE ORDERS.
The abaya will be customized as per your measurements and requirements.
1)If the abaya is loose on you we will alter it (make it smaller) for 50 dhs (delivery charges included).
2)If it is small, we will have to make a new piece for you. Stitching charges of 150 dhs will apply (delivery charges included). (This does not apply to the Eid abayas, handwork abayas may have different charges depending on which design).
3)If you are not satisfied with the fabric, the same stitching and delivery charges as stated above (150 dhs) will apply for a new abaya.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Ready-to-Wear Products
For ready-to-wear items, we offer returns, exchanges, or refunds within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Customized Products
Please note that all sales are final for customized or personalized products. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items as they are specially made for you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned ready-to-wear item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. The timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Important: Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
